GaDOE offers Employee Assistance Program for Mental Health and Wellness
The Georgia Department of Education is providing a free, statewide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all full-time public-school teachers (including Pre-K teachers) and staff through a partnership with Kepro.
Free services include:
Up to six counseling sessions
Legal and financial consultations
Work/Life referral services
Supports for managers and supervisors
Online tools and resources
We’ve got you, your family, and your team covered.
This free benefit covers all full-time employees in eligible Georgia school districts, including teachers, counselors, principals, assistant principals, district office staff, secretaries, media specialists, custodians, bus drivers, and more – plus:
Employee dependents up to the age of 26
Employee household members
24 hours a day, 7 days a week support.
